Do you consider yourself a local "foodie" with a bit of time to spare?
Do you LOVE Ionia and want to help support local restaurants?
Are you a positive, fair, and engaging person with a creative streak?

If you answered yes to the above... we'd love to talk with you! We are looking for a volunteer or two to "take over" our Ionia County Eats Facebook page (the Chamber will remain the lead administrator).

Volunteers will:
- Work with the Chamber to develop page rules and will moderate and fairly enforce said rules.
- Develop content and build public engagement with the page (For example: "Daily List of Restaurants open for take-out and/or delivery" or fun things like "What is your favorite 4 course meal - each course from a different local restaurant".
- Work with the Chamber to identify ways to promote local restaurants on the page.
- Encourage positive reviews of local restaurants

This page was created to fill a need risen from the pandemic, with a goal to grow it into a permanent page, similar to "Eat GR" on a smaller scale. What the page really needs behind it is a local person with the heart and commitment to drive it to a level where it will be relatively self-sustaining.
